After his time in Philadelphia, Douglas was claimed off waivers by the Carolina Panthers in 2020. He played one season with the Panthers before being released and subsequently signed by the Las Vegas Raiders. Douglas spent a brief stint with the Raiders before joining the Houston Texans practice squad.
