At the collegiate level, Terence Steele played for the Texas Tech Red Raiders football team. During his time at Texas Tech, Steele proved to be a valuable player on the offensive line, starting in 47 of the 48 games he played in over his four-year college career. His impressive performances earned him recognition as an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention selection in 2017 and 2018.
