Reutemann started his Formula 1 career in 1972 with the Brabham team and later moved on to race for Ferrari, Lotus, and Williams. Throughout his time in the sport, Reutemann showed great talent and skill behind the wheel, earning 12 Grand Prix wins and finishing as runner-up in the Drivers’ Championship in 1981.
