Kirk began his footballing career in the youth academy of local club Crystal Palace, where he developed his skills and passion for the game. He then moved on to play for various clubs in the lower leagues of English football, including Maidenhead United, Dover Athletic, and Maidstone United, before finding a home at Bromley FC.
