In 2016, Pritchard made a permanent move to Norwich City, where he enjoyed a successful spell and became a key player for the team. His performances earned him a transfer to Huddersfield Town in 2018, where he continued to impress in the Championship. In January 2021, Pritchard joined Birmingham City on loan, before signing a permanent deal with the club later that year.
