Collinge began his football career at the youth academy of English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur. He spent several years developing his skills at the club before signing his first professional contract in 2016. After spending a season with the Spurs’ U23 team, Collinge went on loan to Czech side AC Sparta Prague in 2017.
