Wiley began his career playing youth football for local clubs in Nottingham before he caught the eye of scouts from Mansfield Town. He signed with Mansfield Town in 2013 and spent three years with the club, making several appearances for their first team. In 2016, he joined Matlock Town on loan before making the move permanent in 2017.
