Kadji began his career playing for the youth teams at Paris Saint-Germain before being signed by Ligue 1 outfit Sochaux at the age of 17. He spent a few seasons at Sochaux, gaining valuable experience and honing his skills before moving on to play for multiple clubs in France, Italy, and Portugal.
