Iredale was born on August 23, 1996, in Perth, Western Australia. He began his youth career at ECU Joondalup before moving to the United Kingdom to further his soccer career. He joined the youth academy of Scottish side Greenock Morton in 2014 and made his professional debut for the club in 2016. Iredale spent two seasons at Greenock Morton before transferring to Cambridge United in 2018. He made a total of 19 appearances for Cambridge United before transferring to Carlisle United in 2019. Iredale had a successful stint at Carlisle United, making 49 appearances and scoring 4 goals. In 2021, he signed with Bolton Wanderers on a two-year contract.
