In 2020, Miyoshi made the move to Europe, signing a loan deal with Belgian side Antwerp. He continued to impress with his performances, leading to a permanent move to the club in 2021. After a successful spell in Belgium, Miyoshi caught the attention of Birmingham City, who signed him in the summer of 2022.
