Nsiala began his football career at the youth academy of Everton, one of the top clubs in the English Premier League. However, he did not make a first-team appearance for the Toffees and subsequently moved on to a series of loan spells at lower league clubs to gain first-team experience. He had stints at clubs like Accrington Stanley, Southport, and Grimsby Town.
