In 2020, Collins signed with Forest Green Rovers on a permanent deal, where he enjoyed a successful spell, scoring goals and helping the team achieve promotion to League Two. In the summer of 2021, Collins made a move to Bolton Wanderers, signing a three-year contract with the club.
