Benarous began his professional career in the youth academy of French club AS Monaco. He made his professional debut for Monaco B in the Championnat National 2 in 2018. After showcasing his talent in the youth ranks, Benarous earned a call-up to the first team and made his debut for AS Monaco in Ligue 1 in 2019.
