In 2017, Martin joined Scottish side Rangers on a season-long loan before moving to Derby County on a permanent basis in 2018. During his time at Derby, Martin scored 38 goals in 157 appearances and became a fan favorite for his goal-scoring prowess and work rate on the pitch.
