Throughout his career, Gordon has played for several clubs before joining Bristol Rovers. He began his professional career at Sheffield Wednesday, where he made his debut for the first team in 2016. After spending a few seasons with the club, Gordon moved to Carlisle United in 2019 on a loan deal before making a permanent move to Bristol Rovers in 2020.
