Siopis began his football career at the youth academy of Greek club PAOK FC before making his senior debut in 2015. He spent several seasons with PAOK, making a significant impact in the Greek Super League and Europa League. Siopis’ performances caught the attention of scouts from Cardiff City, and in 2020, he made the move to the English club.
