Weston began his professional career at Charlton Athletic, where he made his debut in 2006. He spent several seasons at Charlton before moving on to play for clubs such as Brentford, Gillingham, Southend United, and Wycombe Wanderers. Weston has also had loan spells at clubs such as Notts County, Dundee, and Port Vale.
