In 2017, Kaikai joined Dutch club NAC Breda on loan before moving to Blackpool on a permanent basis in 2019. After spending two seasons with Blackpool, Kaikai signed for Championship side Oxford United in 2021. In August 2022, Kaikai made a move to League One club Cambridge United.
