Adeboyejo started his footballing career at the youth academy of Leyton Orient before making his first team debut for the club in 2016. He then moved to Barnsley in the summer of 2016 and spent four seasons with the Championship club, making over 60 appearances and scoring several goals. In 2020, he joined Bristol City on loan before signing with Bolton Wanderers in 2021.
