Jordan Poyer was born on April 25, 1991, in Dallas, Oregon, in the United States. He attended Oregon State University, where he played college football and was eventually drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the seventh round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Poyer spent two seasons with the Eagles before being released and picked up by the Cleveland Browns in 2014.
