er has had an impressive career in the NFL, playing for multiple teams before finding his place with the Los Angeles Chargers. He began his NFL journey in 2018 when he was signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent. Harper spent the 2018 season on the Seahawks’ practice squad before being waived by the team in 2019.
