In 2018, Cadden made the move to the English League Two side, Forest Green Rovers, where he continued to impress with his pace and creativity. After a successful season at Forest Green Rovers, Cadden signed with Barnsley FC in 2020. Since joining Barnsley, Cadden has continued to showcase his talent and has become an integral part of the team.
